I suddenly had water coming in from around a window frame, so I emailed Scott who had installed our new roof and skylights in 2018. He responded and arrived in under an hour, found an ice dam on the roof, and took care of it. He made what could have been a very stressful situation into an extremely pleasant experience. Had them complete a new roof on a reno and an existing house as well as clean up a flat roof that had problem spots. Great company to work with.
